One thing my pastor said about faith has never been forgotten. Fear and Faith are opposites and one can not operate at the same time as the other. I know that God loves me and wants the best for me. I trust that he is true to his word and no amount of worry or anxiety will ever change that or accomplish anything. It can however cause me to do something while trying to solve a problem myself that he wouldn't want me to do. I trust him to take care of things and show me what I need to do believing that I hear Him and they will work out for my good. Anxiety and worry won't help.
