Hi there, Iā€™m Heather. Iā€™m a mom and wife living in Sacramento, tho we will be moving to Washington state soon.

About Me

I love making mixed media art and have a website full of mixed media tutorials along with colorful craft projects aimed towards adults. Itā€™s called Artsy Karma. Iā€™d love it if you checked it out.

The mixed media background tutorials is for art Iā€™ve made for swaps plus more. Making all different types of backgrounds for artist trading cards is what inspired me to create my website.

I have way too much and so I love giving it away.

About Me

My family and I are Tibetan Buddhists. I canā€™t begin to explain how much starting a meditation practice changed my life. I was diagnosed with bipolar in my 20ā€™s and had a really hard time with it until I started practicing Buddhism and meditation. That was 6 years ago and I havenā€™t had any bipolar episodes since. Now, I wish I could say the same about my ADHD. But itā€™s something I can continue to work on.

Response: I tried to outdo myself in redoing the two atc's and I sent them out today. I have been trying to get hold of my partner Sonia to let her know that so I hope she's seen these responses. I'm hoping I can get that 1 removed as quick as possible.
