  • Theme: Tentacle(s) ---Open to artist's interpretation of this theme. Freedom of creativity.
  • Medium: Open, this may include but not exclude, cardstock/cardboard, polymer, metal, fiber/fabric, wood, plastic, etc. These can be painted, inked, collaged, beaded, etc. But, please keep in mind, your bookmark should not leave inky smudges behind, water-based inks must be sealed.

The artistic rendering & style is the artist's (sender's) choice, as long as this subject theme has been followed. Make something you would be proud to trade & use. This swap is for 1 quality handmade bookmark, for 1 partner.

lol Well, you can portray inky squids, as long as it doesn't smudge off onto someone's book. ;)

But, since you mentioned it, I realized I didn't post an example of what one may like to use as a seal. There are spray on clear or matte finish clear finishes & there are also brush-on varieties. I would suggest the sprays so it does not ruin or alter your work if you use water-based inks.
