Halloween Tags

Hi l saw this video and thought it would be cool to do for Halloween. So use what you have for supplies, you can print things or use things from magazines the video is just a guide line only. In the video she cuts the plastic to a small strip you can leave it wide and just glue things on it, or if you have a laminator you can put a picture inside than laminated it and than add rest of the stuff all up to you. You don't need to make a tag with a whole just make it like a journal card.
