13 Days of Halloween USA

Dolphingirl asked for someone to host this year, so hi all - here is the official "13 Days of Halloween USA" swap, one of my favorites.

Fill a package with 12 small wrapped gifts and one larger, nicer wrapped gift (for a total of lucky 13). Please number the wrapped packages 1-13 with the first item to be opened on October 19th. Your partner will then open a package a day, with the last present (#13) opened on Halloween Day (so make the last present extra special).

Ideas for your package: Halloween decorations, Halloween jewelry, Halloween craft items (beads, buttons, paper punches, rubber stamps, stickers, etc...) socks, gloves, leg warmers, wrist warmers, Nightmare Before Xmas Items, Pin back buttons, scrapbook stuff, Martha Stewart Halloween items, black orange or purple candles, ribbons, candy treats, stationary, cookie cutters, books (used books that fit the theme are a wonderful gift!) books on true ghost stories from your area. Items with skulls, monsters, bats, black cats, and other spooky things are welcome. All handmade items or a mix of handmade and store-bought items are welcome!

No more than 4 of the 13 days can be food. Look at your partner's profile for likes/dislikes and allergies. The value of the first 12 days should average at least $1 for each present, and Day 13 should have a value of $5-$10.
