I love my crock pot and want to try new recipes in it! This is a newbie friendly swap. You will each get two partners and you will send 5 recipes to each of them. They can be on recipe cards or printed on paper. Have fun and no flaking PLEASE!!!!

I love using my crockpot! Please try not to send any recipes that use canned soup because of my high blood pressure, I don't use them. I know it may be hard but at least a couple of recipes without them if you are having a hard time! Thanks!

I also don't make recipes that involve canned soup -- too unhealthy. So I would also appreciate recipes that don't use them! Thanks!

i would rather have recipes that leave out cabbage and spinach. Anything else will do. Thanks!

my preferences are for ethnic, or unusual...and no processed ingredients. Good old fashioned real food! :) Also, super simple recipes are welcome (like "5 ingredient cooking", etc) Those are just preferences, mind you...any little scrap you throw my way is welcome!
