Valentine ATC - is open to newbies being that it is Valentine themed and not set around a person's profile. Just be creative. Please don't send anything that you would not want to receive. Being this is the first SWAP I have hosted I will be angeling any no sends or flakers..... but I'm sure none of those people will sign up anyway!
