I am going to leave it as sender's choice on that, but if your partner is very strong on not recieving homemade PC's than I would reconsider. Otherwise, go for it!

I'm confused, if this is only North America, how do I have 2 international partners?

Canada is OK, because it is North America, but last time I check, the UK isn't.

^After I asked, I realized it said North America. I just asked because I try to limit my international spending due to finances. But I've already got them made out, will send tomorrow.
