Description:

Do you love christmas stockings, filled with sweets and other goodies ? So why don't you join the christmas-stocking-swap ?... its easy and fun. Send a handmade (!) christmas stocking: you decide about color, pattern and size, knitting, sewing or whatever you can do and fill it with sweets from your country or little surprises. An enclosed christmas card for your partner would be nice and if you are a flickr member, it would be great to post a picture of your sent and of your received stocking. Be shure to send your stocking in time, so itll arrive at christmas. If something happens that you can not complete the swap, please withdraw before closing. Once the swap is closed you are considered as committed. Anyone with excessive negative feedback will be banned!

This is my first swap! I am so excited about trying this out. Christmas stockings were always such an important part of Christmas for me as a child and ok I admit it I still cant live without my stocking...

Stocking with goodies. Yes. Please no sweets. I would love beads, lace, fabric, yarn, buttons etc. Hope it is not to mutch to ask.

Ok...I have my stocking done. I had so much fun that I will probably be making them for the family for Christmas and filling them with themed treats. I do have a question? Is the person that we are sending to also the same person we are receiving from?

@jendle No, you send your stocking to one person and receive a stocking from another...I just saw pictures of your swap in the flickr group "christmas-stocking-swap". Thanks for posting them and your stocking is so lovely !
